Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Cancellations and late arrivals
Treatments can be cancelled or rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, and couples rituals up to 48 hours. Inside those windows we charge half of the treatment price. Arriving late shortens your treatment so the next guest's is not delayed.
Health, safety and suitability
Spa treatments and heat and cold bathing are for relaxation. They are not medical care, and nothing on this website diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition. Please tell your therapist about health conditions, recent surgery, medications and pregnancy, and speak with your doctor before using the sauna, steam room or cold plunge if you are pregnant or have a heart or blood pressure condition.
Guests must be 18 or older for the thermal suite, and 16 or older for treatments with a guardian's signed consent. We may adapt or decline a treatment where we believe it would not be safe.
Gift cards and memberships
Gift cards have no expiry date and no fees, are not redeemable for cash and can be used for treatments, thermal sessions, memberships and retail. Memberships run for a three month minimum, then month to month with 30 days notice. Unused credits roll over as described for each tier.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of FL.
