Cancel or move a treatment up to 24 hours before without charge. Couples rituals need 48 hours. Inside those windows we charge half of the treatment price.

When a room is free, yes. Weekends book out early, so we suggest calling ahead.

Arrive 15 minutes early. We will show you the lockers and lounge, offer tea and go over a short health form with you, then your therapist collects you from the lounge.

Eat lightly, stay hydrated and skip shaving for a day before body rituals. Tell us about allergies, injuries, medications or pregnancy when you book.

We provide robes, slippers and disposable underwear. Bring a swimsuit if you plan to use the thermal suite.

Free valet parking is available at the Gulf Shore Boulevard entrance for all guests.

Massage therapy, signature facials, body rituals, a thermal suite with sauna, steam and cold plunge, couples rituals in our garden suite, and guided sound and stillness sessions.

Yes. Choose a therapist when you book, or tell us whether you prefer a female or male therapist.

Prenatal massage is available from the second trimester. We avoid heat treatments during pregnancy and ask you to check with your provider first.

No. Serein gift cards never expire, carry no fees and can be used for any treatment, thermal session, membership or retail.

Choose a tier, pay monthly and receive treatment credits, thermal access and member pricing. Memberships run for three months, then month to month with 30 days notice.
