What to Expect
The thermal suite is a quiet circuit of warm, hot, cold and rest. Begin in the eucalyptus steam room, move to the cedar sauna, cool off in the plunge pool, then lie back on the heated stone loungers before starting again.
Sessions are capped at twelve guests, so it never feels crowded. A host walks first-timers through the rhythm and times, and herbal infusions, chilled water and fruit are always out in the lounge.
Any massage, facial or body ritual of 60 minutes or longer includes a complimentary thermal session on the same day.

Step by Step
Warm
Ten minutes in the steam room to raise the temperature gently.
