What to Expect
Not everyone relaxes on a massage table. Our sound and stillness sessions happen in a candlelit studio with thick mats, bolsters and blankets. A practitioner leads ten minutes of simple breathwork, then plays Himalayan and crystal singing bowls around the room.
There is nothing to do and nothing to get right. Most guests lie still with an eye pillow; a few sit up. Groups are capped at eight, and private sessions for one or two guests are available on weekday mornings.
Sessions pair beautifully with a massage afterwards, when the body is already soft and the breath is slow.
